Book your Buen Año as soon as possible, letting someone do not overtake you.
High season is from June 1st to September 15 th and also from December 16 th to January 10 th
- Price per person / night 50 euros
- Child under 10 years old is free
- Price for repeated stay after one year is minus10%
- Price for 1 month is 850 euros,
Whole apartment Low season is from January 11 th to May 30 st and from September 16 th to December 15 th
- Price per person / night 35 euros
- Price for 1 month is 550 euros whole apartment
The deposit for the Stay is:
- 40 days in advance 50% of the total price, refundable up to 21 days before arrival
- 21 days in advance 100% of the total price, non-refundable
The deposit per person is 250 euros. It is refundable if there is no damage. Paid before arrival.
WIFI is free.
Car rental per day is 55 euros / max 4 people.
No deposit is required. A simple vehicle rental contract is signed on site. The Škoda Fabia car can be rented for individual days. The car is returned clean and with a full tank, as it was taken over.
Bike rental per day is 10 euros. There are 3 bikes and an electric scooter available.
Cleaning can be done independently and perfectly plus removing bed linen. Or 150 euros is the price for cleaning the entire apartment.
One way, ride from or to the airport is 60 euros for the entire car.
